I've been a Dolphins fan since day 1 in 1966,I was 4 years old. In the early years Wahoo Mcdaniels was my favorite player. The '72 dolphins are the greatest team in the history of the planet. I still say that Larry Csonka is still the greatest player in the history of the team, with Marino a close 2nd. Now Zach & Jason are gone so the rebuliding starts I hope that parcells,Ireland & Sparano have a plan. I be with the team win or lose I still bleed AQUA & ORANGE !! {on sundays} green & orange on saturday

Been a Dolphin Fan for 30+ years, even though I grew up in NY, now living in Los Angeles. Very passionate about the Phins. Hate the Jets, BTW, always have always will. Just finding this site, looking forward to reading the insights from people who are closer.

I started with the phins in 1968. I was born in Jacksonville. It has come full circle. My cousin's son is Justin Smiley. We are getting a tough nosed, attitude filled guard that loves to mis it up. He is not great at drop back pass protection, but if you want a guard who can pull and pancake a defensive player and then move on downfield this is the guy. Of course I am proud of him, but he is a great off field assest plus he is good team guy. Good Luck Justin, Stay health and Go Phins!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Hi Donfanatic,

How can New England claim to have a perfect season when they were caught cheating in Week 1. That is a fact and they were fined for it. The Dolphins are the only team to complete a perfect season without cheating. And guess who carried the Patriots all season ? Wes Welker.
